Today I had my two-month checkup: I weigh 10 lbs and 4 ounces and am 23 inches long (that's almost two feet tall for the mathematically challenged!). I had four vaccines and screamed and turned a shade of purple Mommy has been referring to as "magenta"! I have been extremely cranky ever since, according to Mommy. Oh, Sunday we had lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Paxton and they brought me a quilt my great-aunt Mary (Daddy's aunt Mary) made me. It's very fluffy (see photo). Mommy wants me to tell everyone that I am "up to speed" with all other two-month-old babies, and I can hold my head up (when on my belly), follow people with my eyes and make some noises (I can say "ow", "wow", "aw" and "ah"). Mommy swears up and down that I said "hi" last week, but no one else has ever heard me say it.....
