Rainy day fun, or rather, what I've been up to recently:

 Mommy and I have been working on crafts almost every day!

We made some really cool "spooky houses" out of cardboard boxes for Halloween.  Mommy would NOT let me use the spray paint, though - man! 

We baked some nummy banana muffins with blueberries and a honey apple cake - yum! We braved the rain and wind and went to the Mennonite Relief Sale at the fairgrounds, and I was disappointed because I thought we were going to the 4H fair again! I looked for the round and round (ferris wheel) and the llama tent. I did get apple fritters, kettle corn and a whirly helicopter-like toy.  Mommy didn't take any pictures because it was VERY wet (and VERY chilly)! Yucky!

We went out to lunch at Olive Garden with Susie (I sure love their breadsticks!), then went shopping at Pier 1, where I fell in love with a giant papasan chair...we also went for coffee with Mommy's friends Brooke and Becki, and I was VERY good, according to Mommy. The Electric Brew has the BEST steamed milk cocoa! And a rockin' toy cabinet too! I love coffee shops! Sorry there are no photos from that outing...maybe next time!
