It's strawberry time! Yesterday, Mommy and Maw Maw and I went to pick strawberries on 15th street. Mommy said it's tradition: we've done this four times now (the first time Mommy was still pregnant with me)! I helped pick, and of course, help eat a few! It was very sunny and "muggy" out - blech! Afterwards, we got all the ingredients for shortcake and went back to Maw Maw's house to bake (she doesn't have an oven at her cabin). As usual, I fell asleep on the way home!
