It's been yet ANOTHER craft-a-palooza around here! Since it's only a few days till Easter, Mommy and I have been making lots of Easter-themed crafts and making gifts for our friends and family.

For "confetti eggs" you have to use A LOT of glue...

then "smoosh" the multicolored paper bits (Mommy shredded construction paper in her paper shredder) into the glue, and...

ta-da! Confetti eggs!

To make "chick cards", you paint the bottom of a champagne cork...

then squish the cork onto paper to make yellow circles (for the chick bodies).

Mommy helped me glue on orange paper beaks and googly eyes - I LOVE googly eyes!

Right now, Mommy is hard-boiling eggs for us to dye later today - I can't wait! We still have to make "bird nest cookies" and pink lemonade cupcakes with pink lemonade frosting and decorated with jelly beans (for Easter at Grandma and Grandpa Paxton's house); will we have the time and energy for all that? I hope so! I certainly don't want to sacrifice any of my scooter or tricycle time outdoors!
