A visit to the "gardens"...

Earlier in the week, on the first day of spring,  Mommy and Maw Maw and I went to Defries Gardens, which is about 5 minutes from our house, to see what was "up"! Wow, was it colorful! All the spring plants were blooming!

As always, Mommy tried in vain to get some good photos of me...this one isn't bad...

She took a few shots of me and Maw Maw too, on the swing - whee!

Mommy's favorite thing was the old greenhouse,

and my favorite thing was the pond full of goldfish, turtles,

and FROGS!

There were many, many different kinds of frogs, and even a frog "island"!

What a lovely spring day it was! Ribbitt!
