Today we saw a mommy Wood Duck and her 14 (yes, 14!) babies in the pond behind our house. They were very cute and I wanted to touch them! It was overcast and rainy ALL DAY today - yuck! Mommy, Daddy and I went to Menards to buy fence supplies; to put a fence around our garden to keep the groundhogs and rabbits from eating all our vegetables. When we got home, Mommy and Daddy's friends Les and Betty stopped over to visit with us. Then, Mommy and I took naps before Ed and Lisa and my friend Gracie came over for a visit. Gracie and I fought over my Playskool car, since she can stand and sort-of walk now! It was still rainy when I went to bed, what a yucky day (except for seeing the baby ducks)!
